About Us

Welcome to Bro Eryri

The geographical area of Bro Eryri includes part of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and encompasses the communities and churches of:

Nant Peris (Sant Peris)

Llanberis (Sant Padarn)

Llanrug (Sant Michael, now meeting at the Institute, Llanrug)

Penisa'r Waun (Santes Helen)

Deiniolen (Eglwys Crist)

Llanddeiniolen (Sant Deiniol)

Together, these churches form one Ministry Area, working collaboratively to share the Christian faith, support local communities and provide worship, pastoral care and fellowship throughout the region.

Our Mission

As part of the Church in Wales, our mission is to worship God, proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve people in our communities.

We seek to:

Offer regular worship and Christian ministry.

Support people at every stage of life.

Encourage faith, learning and discipleship.

Care for those in need through pastoral support and community engagement.

Welcome all people into the life of the Church.

Maintain and preserve our church buildings as places of worship, heritage and community life.

We believe that the Church is called to be present at the heart of community life, offering hope, compassion and practical support to all.

Who We Are

Bro Eryri brings together churches and congregations across our Ministry Area under a shared vision of ministry and mission. While each church has its own distinctive history and character, we work together to serve God and our communities as one Ministry Area within the Diocese of Bangor and the wider Church in Wales.

Our work includes worship, baptisms, weddings, funerals, children's and youth ministry, pastoral care, community activities, and supporting the spiritual wellbeing of those who live, work and visit our area.
